1. Who we are

Movers Dubai ("we", "us") runs movers-dubai.ae, an independent moving guide and quote-request service for Dubai. We are not a moving company. We do not move, pack, store, insure or ship goods, we do not set prices for moves and we do not take payment for them.

By using this website or sending a quote request you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

2. The guides are general information

The guides explain how moving in Dubai usually works. They are not legal, financial or professional advice. Where a guide shows a "Last checked" month, its rules and fees were checked against official sources that month, but developers, authorities and buildings change their rules. Confirm anything your move depends on with your building, the authority concerned or your mover.

3. Prices are typical ranges, not offers

Prices on this website are typical ranges in the Dubai market, built from published price pages and labelled with the month they were checked. They are not quotes, offers or price lists from Movers Dubai. The mover you hire sets the price for your move.

4. Quote requests

• Sending a quote request is free and does not oblige you to book anything.
• When you send a request, we pass the details you entered to a moving company that serves your area, so it can contact you with its own quote. That company may pay us for the referral. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
• We cannot promise that a mover will be available on your date, how quickly it will contact you, or what it will charge.
• Please give accurate details. A quote based on wrong information may change.

5. Your contract is with the mover

If you book a move, the contract is between you and the moving company. That company is responsible for its quote, deposit and payment terms, cancellation rules, staff, vehicles, liability cover, and any loss, damage, delay or dispute. Movers Dubai is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the mover’s work.

6. Using the website

• Do not send false, misleading or abusive requests, or requests in someone else’s name.
• Do not try to disrupt the website or reach parts of it you are not meant to.
• Do not copy or republish the guides in bulk without our written permission.

7. Links to other websites

Guides link to official sources and to published price pages. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or for changes made after we checked them.

8. Intellectual property

The text, design and logo of movers-dubai.ae belong to Movers Dubai unless stated otherwise.

9. Limits of our liability

The website and the quote request service are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Movers Dubai is not liable for losses that come from relying on the general information in the guides, or from the acts, prices, services or omissions of any moving company you contact or book. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. Using the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
