About Movers Dubai

What Movers Dubai is

Movers Dubai is a website with two parts. The first is a set of guides to moving in Dubai: building move permits, service-lift bookings, Ejari and DEWA, typical costs, checklists and moving abroad. The second is a free quote request form.

We do not own trucks, employ movers, run a warehouse or carry out moves. We do not set prices, take payment for a move or sign moving contracts. The moving company you book does all of that, and your contract is with that company.

What happens when you request a quote

  1. The form asks for the move type, home size, the areas you are moving from and to, your date, your name and phone number, and optionally your email address and notes.
  2. Your request is stored on Cloudflare and passed to a moving company that serves your area, so that it can contact you about your move.
  3. That company contacts you, confirms the details and gives you its own quote. You decide whether to book. Requesting a quote is free and does not oblige you to anything.

We cannot promise that a mover will be free on your date or say exactly when it will call. How your details are stored, shared and deleted is set out in the privacy policy.

How the site earns money

The guides are free to read and the quote form is free to use. The site is paid for by moving companies: a mover that receives quote requests from Movers Dubai may pay for those referrals.

That payment does not buy a place in the guides. We do not rank or review named moving companies, and the price ranges and permit rules on the site are the same whoever receives a request. The checks in how to compare movers in Dubai apply to every mover, including one that contacts you through this site.

How the guides are researched and checked

The guides are written and updated by the Movers Dubai editorial team. We do not put a person’s name on them, because no single person stands behind each figure; the checks below do.

  • Rules and fees set by an authority or developer, such as Ejari fees, DEWA deposits, community move permits, RTA truck hours and customs forms, are checked on the official website and linked from the guide.
  • Prices are typical Dubai market ranges built from published price pages of moving companies, quote marketplaces and storage operators. Each range runs from the median published low to the median published high, and an item is shown only when at least two independent sources support it. The method and sources are on the moving costs page. Prices were last checked in October 2026.
  • Dates: a guide shows a “Last checked” month only where its facts were checked that month.
  • Gaps: if a number cannot be confirmed from a source, we leave it out rather than guess.

We do not publish ratings, reviews or customer numbers for Movers Dubai, because we do not carry out moves.

How to reach us and report a correction

The only way to reach Movers Dubai is the quote request form. There is no phone line, email inbox or office to visit. To report something out of date in a guide, use the form and write what you found in the notes field; the editorial team reviews these notes when it rechecks the guides.

Questions about a booking, a price or damage go to the moving company you booked. Our guide to mover liability and claims explains how claims usually work. More on contacting us: contact page.
